Using PowerTicker
December 1998 to present (six editions)

PowerTicker is a specialized financial web browser developed by Galleon Software. I maintained this manual through several releases of the product; wrote specialized versions for Mac OS, Mac OS X, and Windows 98; and published it in PDF and Windows Help formats.

Getting Started
FirstClass Server for Windows
September 1995 to October 1996 (two editions)

FirstClass is a proprietary messaging system developed by SoftArc, Inc. (now Centrinity). I developed this reference card to provide an overview of the collection of documentation we shipped with the server software and to help our customers locate the hidden registration diskette.

The Royal Housing System
Assembly Guide
November 1993

The Royal Housing System is a collection of easily assembled, prefabricated plastic building components. While researching this guide, I accompanied a trained crew to a construction site in Argentina. The goal of this manual was to eliminate the training and allow anyone to assemble a house right out of the (rather large) box.

Meridian Mail Card Option
Installation and maintenance
July 1991 to March 1994 (three editions)

Meridian Mail Card Option was designed as an affordable alternative to Northern Telecom’s larger voice messaging systems; and so, I was given the task of creating an inexpensive set of documentation to ship with the product, including this manual, a system administration guide, and a pocket-sized user reference card.
